Built in 1910, and once home to the village priest and nuns, Le Petit Couvent has been carefully renovated to become a spacious, modern, high-end holiday home, comfortably accommodating 4 to 5 guests.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open space featuring a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a welcoming dining area. The space is tastefully furnished with tables, cupboards, sideboards, sofas, and chairs — everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes two electric ovens, a gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, and a wide range of small appliances and utensils to meet all your culinary needs.
Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with both a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet. There is also a large walk-in shower in a separate room.
We are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. For your convenience, we provide a variety of useful amenities, including a clothes airer, ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies, as well as a library with books for all tastes, board games for relaxing evenings, and tourist brochures to help you plan your explorations in the region.
You will also have access to a washing machine and dryer for added comfort.
For families with young children, we offer a baby cot and high chair.
The house is fully heated in winter, and fans are available for your comfort during summer.
Please note that Le Petit Couvent is a non-smoking property, to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
You’ll have unlimited access to our shared garden, where you can enjoy a 9 x 4 metre above-ground swimming pool and a lovely terrace, shared with the guests of the neighbouring gîte. It’s the perfect outdoor space to relax and take in the beauty of the natural surroundings.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
However, we kindly ask you to leave the house as you found it, to help us maintain its quality for all our guests.

PRICES
Our gîte rates vary depending on the season.
The base price is set for a couple (2 persons), with an additional charge of €15 per extra person per night.

Special discount: For bookings made directly through our website for stays longer than 7 nights, a 10% discount will be applied to the total amount.
You can also book through our profiles on popular platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.

TERMS
Arrival, Departure, and Payment Terms
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
All weekly and nightly rates are fully inclusive of bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, electricity, and final cleaning.
While end-of-stay cleaning is included, guests are kindly requested to leave the property clean and tidy, as a gesture of respect for the space and future guests.
For reservations made directly through the gîte’s website, a 25% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than six weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within six weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A security deposit of €250 is also required. This amount will be fully refunded after departure, provided the property is left in good condition and no damage has occurred.
ACCESSIBILITY
Please note that the cottage features multiple levels and a narrow wooden staircase. All bedrooms are located on the first floor, making the property unsuitable for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility.
