FACILITIES
The Cottage accommodates up to 4/5 people. The cottage is semi-detached with the owners being just next door should you need anything throughout your stay.
Built in 1910 to accommodate the local Priest and Nuns, today Le Petit Couvent is a spacious, well equipped gite, which has been finished to the highest standard.
Downstairs is an open plan living and dining area, with a separate kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a twin electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and a wide variety of cooking equipment and utensils. The living and dining area has tables, sideboards, sofas and chairs, a large wood burner and TV.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one triple and one double. The spacious, upstairs bathroom has a roll top bath, toilet, and twin vanity units. There is also a separate large walk-in shower room.
There is a vacuum, a clothes airer, iron and ironing board, plus cleaning products. There is the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer if required. If you have young children, a cot and high chair are available.
The gite is centrally heated throughout.
There is no smoking allowed at all within the gite.
Access to our garden, with our lovely 9m x 4m overground swimming pool and terrace is unlimited and shared with the owners.
PRICES
All weekly rates are based on 2 people sharing the cottage, extra persons are charged from €15 per person per night as listed below.
All bookings are for a minimum stay of 2 nights with the exception of July and August, which is on a weekly basis.
Easter & Christmas are both a 3 night minimum, unless by prior arrangement.
Long-term stays are available on request.

TERMS
Arrival is from 16.00 and vacation of the cottage by 10.00, unless by prior arrangement.
Cottage rates include all the bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, electricity, plus a final clean. However, we do ask that you leave it clean and tidy.
We charge a 25% deposit at the time of booking and final balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required upon booking.
On booking the gite, a refundable damage deposit of €250 is payable with the final balance which is returned after your departure, assuming there are no damages.
